Alive MediaSoft have re-released Blade a RPG strategy game which was first released by them in November last year.
This time around Alive MediaSoft are releasing a Blade CD Edition, to contain stuff not seen in the original disk version such as a renedered introduction, the full source code and graphics, as well as demos of Alive MediaSoft's up and coming games including Samba World Cup, not to mention stacks of demos for other games currently on the market and available from Alive MediaSoft who are also a mail order company. The disk version of Blade will also be available for those without a CD-Drive.
Blade is described as being the ultimate role playing fantasy adventure by Alive MediaSoft with 50 levels of Spellcasting, Goblin fighting, and treasuring hunting entertainment. Your mission is to explore the forests and dungeons finding treasure, killing monsters and gaining the experience so you can cast spells which do everything from simple Heals to summoning the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. To help you complete this mission you take command of band of Warriors, Wizards, Dwarves, and Elves. A previous review of Blade in CU Amiga gave it 86%, some other magazines were not as good.
The price of this re-release of Blade is �9.99 UK Pounds for either the CD or Disk version, for those of you who already have their copy of Blade on disk, you can upgrade to the CD Edition for only �5.00 UK Pounds.
